Default Healthy snacks (no soy, gluten, dairy, additives, chemicals)

Hey guys,

Does anyone know of some good snack options that dont contain any of the common allergens like soy, gluten, dairy, chemicals etc..?

I suppose fruit, etc. and homemade things are an option..

Anyone know any brands too?

My favorite snacks are raw food crackers and 'cookies' that use nuts and seeds and fruits and vegetables, cocoa and spices all ground up with water. We have several local companies that make these and I buy them at health food stores that stock them. Maybe you have some of these in your area or sometimes your local health food store might make their own snacks or you might be able to get them by mail order. They can be expensive but you're pretty well assured of them being all natural and healthy.

Thumbs up Stretch Island

We like "Stretch Island" Natural Fruit Leathers. Thin to pack in pocket, great for camping and hiking. They're pricey, but we buy them by the box at Costco, approx. 48 for around $10.

Nuts like almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins, dried banana slices, baby carrots, etc.
