susieq....what about using salt with that baking soda? wouldn't the salt help kill the bacteria?
They might come from nature, but they are still aluminum compounds. Salt and baking soda sounds like it would have some effectiveness, especially for odor.

what about a giant salt crystal? keeping that around and using that as a roll on?
maybe throwing some baking soda or talc powder for the perspiration absorption?

When sweat evaporates it leaves a layer of salt. Baking soda will help out with the odor. I use something called lavlin. An israeli deoderant made from zinc oxide and calendula oil. It is pricey, but you apply it once very 5 days.
I use baking soda only and have done so for years. It seems to do the job
fine for me and I perspire rather heavily.
Its a good thing to sweat. I was so clogged nothing would make me sweat till i used the farinfared sauna. Now when i take my walks im soaked. Its a great way to get out toxins and give the liver a rest. The baking soda is very nice as it really keep ya dry and not smelly
havent really needed the salt , i use pink himalayan for everything else u can think of. im so amazed at the simple things that work so good. the pink salt has like 80 naturally occuring minerals in it.
This is a really fun place to share info. not really sure what im doing yet so if anyone who has been writing a while like to help a newby out. I would really like that . Thanks Susieq
for all yall that use baking soda or whatever....do you just take a pinch and rub it on your underarm? or do you put it on some type of roll on?
I make a batch by mixing baking soda (which is dry) with colloidal silver(which is wet). I don't know how you could use baking soda by itself.
Baking soda is very alkaline, which means if you use too much it will burn a little.
I saved an empty "old spice" container, and just keep refilling it with the above mixture, along with a few drops of pepermint oil. Its all mixed together then used just like using a normal dispenser.
