CoQ10 and Melanoma

In a 3-year study involving patients with stage I or II melanoma and surgically removed lesions, daily supplementation with coenzyme Q10 (400 mg/d) in combination with recombinant interferon alpha-2B therapy was found to significantly reduce the rate of melanoma recurrence, more than treatment with interferon alone.
