Coconut Flour

Has anyone besides me ordered the Coconut Flour from
Dr Mercols's site?

If anyone sees a recipe book about the use of coconut flour,
I sure would appreciate it if you would post it on the Forum.

I saw one or 2 others that look interesting too. 8)
Temps beginning to cool down a bit, and I have some
bananas going over the hill, so may try today to
use the coconut flour w/the Bran, for some bread or
muffins.
