Default DANGER - Dogs and Xylitol

The chance of a dog getting into something with xylitol may be remote ... but it could be very serious if your dog does so. And, with more and more foods being sweetened with this natural sweetener, I think it's important to note the potential risk.

"A sugar substitute found in a variety of sugar-free and dietetic cookies, mints and chewing gum is proving highly toxic, even fatal, to snack-snatching dogs."
