Oxygen therapy for the face?

Arrowwind, I believe you are the one that talks about oxygen therapy, right??? Can you please explain to me, how they would do this therapy? Could it be done at home very easily??

It's about a third of the way down the page, just says oxygen therapy, but supposed can be done on the face.
