On December 6th, the AER bill PASSED the Senate on the consent calendar and was sent over to the House.

A CHANCE STILL EXISTS THAT it could be heard or tacked on to another bill. It is all happening very fast.

Here's what to do now:

Immediately call for a STOP to S 3546 and HR 6168 AER bills by going to the HEALTHKEEPERS ALLIANCE WEBSITE and sending an email to oppose the AER bill NOW.

* I know that dietary supplements are nutrients with good food regulations in the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act

* They should not be treated as risky drugs

* I want them to continue to be treated as foods and

* The government has the burden to show harm before they put more onerous regulations on them.
