Default metabolic typing

Does anyone happen to have Dr. Mercolas metabolic typing book??? Supposedly in the book, there is a page that has some sort of food testing... Supposedly, after your meal, or the food you eat, you are suppose to write down what you have eaten... and then an hour and a half later, you are suppose to answer question on this page(test, whatever) and this will tell you if you have problems with certain foods... It was recommended that I do this for a while, but I need to find the questionaire.... Does anyone happen to have it?

I think it is on his website as I did once do the questionaire.

Personally I prefer the eat right for your blood type.

As you are an O, you should get on well with paleo too.

To my understanding there are two versions.
A short free version that is on line and the full-length version you get with the book.

Dr. Mercola no longer offers the free quick metabolic typing quiz. Apparently there was too much error. He now offers the $50.95 extended test.

Personally I think it is worth it! The above link takes you to the test.
