Porridge is good - I make it for breakfast ever day. I add pumpkin seeds, raisins, salt, coconut oil, maple syrup, and it is delicious. Sometimes I add a spoon of raw cream, just for fun.
Good post, Iggy.

Are we talking about the regular oatmeal that you buy in the store? Surely the instant stuff isnt any good. But what about like the Quaker Rolled oats or such?

I am talking about the whole grain oats. Surely we don't know anyone who would use instant stuff? Horrors!

Default Oats?

Iggy looks like he could be one of Robin Hood's Merry men of Sherwood Forest, to me! I've always loved that tale!

Iggy,

I see you are using idebenone. Have you been using it very long and have you seen any results?

No, but I had nothing serious, to start with.
I've benn using idebenone for 5 or 6 years. I use the bulk
powder from Beyond-a-Century. Supplementation is sorta
like religion, based on faith. The only supplements that I
think that I can notice a difference in are: Vit C, colloidal silver,
Vit D3, DHEA, curcumin, 5-HTP, L-lysine, magnesium citrate and melatonin.
