I have tried white pine essential oil and it help give me some relief but didn't completely take care of my allergies. Another thing you can try is Neti pots but make sure you use distilled water only.

Default Natural Remedy For Allergies

Michelle:
Try Black Seed Oil. Take 1 teaspoon every day. The oil is a must have for the body and works wonders for many different problems. If you continue taking the oil your body will respond and allergies will go away. Hope this helps.

michellej,
I have tried acupuncture once in the past and it worked wonders, not for allergy reasons though. I have also heard that acupuncture can be helpful. Using Neti pots seems to work for me when I can get myself to use it. Most of the time I'll use that or a nasal spray or breath right strips. It also works to mix a little honey in with a cup of warm tea to relieve nasal congestion. The honey (if local) is said to potentially raise the body's natural immunity to local flower pollen as well. Those are the natural remedies that have been working the best for me this allergy season. All the best wishes to you on your search for an effective natural solution!
