Default TM and ADHD, Learning, HTN and Cardiac Disease

I have brought forth this TM site so you can click on the videos and see what it is doing for ADHD and for regular students. There are also articles on its effects on cardiac health, blood pressure etc.

I was trained in TM in 1972. It is not a religion. Not a lifestyle. It is a way to reduce stress and increase mental stamina. Although I cannot tell you what my mantra is I will say that it is two common words that are repeated in the center of the brain. I don't know if there are other mantras than the one I was given. Part of the work is to not externalize it after you have been working to internalize it. You will find the videos here interesting.
