Default Carbs proteins and fats how to do them right.

Mike weighs 180lbs. He needs 1700 calories for metabolism and 800 for exercise. The wall of every cell is made from protein and fat. So he needs 15 grams of saturated fat, 9 grams monounsaturated fat, 6 grams polyunsaturated fat, and 60 grams protein every day for structure. Burning protein as fuel wastes money cuz protein costs a lot more than fat or carbs. He needs 2000 calories per day for fuel either from fat or carbs. So from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. he eats enough fat for 16 hours. From 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. he intermittent fasts. During the fast he can take mct oil, super food smoothies, and low calorie smoothies like lemon and celery. Then from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. he can take 120 grams of carbs. Carbs stimulate the body to produce insulin that interferes with fat being burned in the mitochondria as fuel. For this reason the fat and carbs are not taken together at the same time. The carbs also produce hormones that increase metabolism that increase recovery. For this reason the carbs are taken at night while resting. Fat does not increase hormone production the draw back of a very low carb diet called keto. Fiber can be taken at any time. It does not require digestive enzymes so can be taken during the fast. The reason for fasting rather than calorie restriction is to improve mitochondrial function. He does his strength exercises at 7 a.m. Intense work or exercise requires carbs. So when you have to chase after the juvenile delinquent dude who broke your daughters heart who just so happens to be the starting fullback of the local high school football team then you better eat a bunch of bananas before hand.
