Default Autophagy, OMAD, Longevity, Intermittent Fasting...

I hear about the many benefits of Intermittent Fasting, OMAD, even longer fasts.


These videos talk about the benefits of OMAD and I hear about this more and more. When I try it I feel great! What do you think? Have you tried it? What benefits did you notice?

I have started with intermittent fasting, and I am now doing that in conjunction with my plant-based diet.
I have only started last week; but so far , I like it, I have lost about 5 lbs, and not feeling much hunger at all, like on a restrictive diet plan.
I have been reading about the health benefits of IF, and it seems to me that it is an important thing to do, whether you are doing it for weight loss or just to increase the health of your body.
The fasting time frame gives your body a chance to heal itself as well as just burning up body fat. The autophagy part of “eating” diseased cells is important for everyone, not just dieters.
