Personal experience dictates that losing belly fat is difficult. You will lose muscle before losing belly fat. The solution is to use a Doctor Wallach product called ASAP which stands for as slim as possible as soon as possible. You put a few drops under the tongue about 15 minutes before each meal and presto...belly fat just melts off.
