Default Radiation still an issue in the USA

For those who still think that radiation is not an issue in the USA here is a report from the Idaho Dept of the EPA

this chart shows signficantly elevated radiation levels for Idaho Falls in the months of April and May.
Remember that in this measurement levels above 60 are of concern.
So after Idaho this stuff is moving to the midwest within all storms we have been having

http://www.deq.idaho.gov/radnet_monitoring.cfm

America has already been contaminated with an assortment of Dante's Inferno of radioactive isotopes. Instead of warning us about exposure dangers, more deception has been handed to us. Both the EU and US have raised "acceptable" radiation levels for food. In the US, Congressional approval is not legally required. So, "the [EPA's] new standards would result in a 'nearly 1,000-fold increase for exposure to Strontium-90, a 3,000 to 100,000-fold hike for exposure to Iodine-131, and an almost 25,000 rise for exposure to radioactive Nickel-63' in drinking water."(23)

Gee isn’t that interesting, other then a bureaucrat, who would have thought that danger of radiation could be reduced simply by changing the standards?

Now I hear that Canada has taken a slightly different approach. To eliminate any concern over this radiation they have just stopped telling the public what the levels are. I just they are working under the assumption that “no news is good news”.

Today I'm in Target and the guy in front of me is holding a tissue on his nose because it's bleeding. It seems many people are getting sunburns too. It's very disturbing. Radiation sickness can show itself through nose bleeds, stomach upsets, diarrhea, rashes, etc.. But no one seems to worry. Which is worse....to worry or be in denial? I'm leaning toward the latter right now.

I truly am not wanting to be in denial but I'm needing to find peace and balance in the midst of this uncontrollable situation.

Thumbs up Magnesium

I'm a big fan of Magnesium supplements, and I take them everyday, along with using Magnesium Oil when desired or needed. Here's another reason to use Magnesium.

Question

I take one 500mg capsule of Magnesium Citrate per day. Do you think I should increase that?
Kind2C.......do you use the Magnesium Oil topically? After a bath/shower?
Or when?

Great find on that article Early Bird!

so say you should take magnesium to bowel tolerance.. then back down slightly from there... dont remember where I heard this but it kind of makes sense.. I think for most people that would be between 3 and 6 grams

I haven't been taking my magnesium and that dang oil is itchy to me...

I do add it to my garden beds though

EarlyBird, I think that 500mg is a good amount to take. To add more without the threat of diarrhea, the topical will work fine.

I usually put it on close to bedtime, but with enough time for it to soak into the skin so the sheets don't get oily stains. After I rub it in, usually backs of my legs and knees, I follow-up with a bit of lotion to avoid the itchy feeling. If there's any muscle tension in my neck or shoulders, I'll apply the mag oil there.

Great article and reminder of magnesium's benefits. Dr. Marc Sircus has done a lot of promoting magnesium and said magnesium chloride can be used in a nebulizer for treatments. He also said baking soda too.

I purchased some here: http://www.magneticclay.com/store/De...th-Flakes.aspx

The oil is very sticky. I just used a sample to see if I liked it and I didn't but I'll try it again but I'll try what you do kind2creatures by adding other lotion on top and leaving it there. I rubbed it off before.

I think those prices are even higher than what I pay to Global Light Network.
I do add their magnesium flakes to my bath water to soak in but I don't take a bath daily.
They also sell magnesium Oil/Gel, etc. plus ionic Oral magnesium.
Besides the 500mg I take, I noted yesterday that the Mineral Complex I takr has an additional 250mg.
