Chris Masterjohn has written an article debunking this study.
Vegetables such as peas, carrots as well as fish have more TMAO than red meat.

This is yet another study that has been trumpeted in the media and any rebuttal is not given any space.

But then again maybe not. Read an article awhile back that stated all fish now come with a free serving of mercury, obviously some are worse then others. Then of course there are the Japanese fish that tend to glow in the dark.

I am guessing that the side dishes of those consuming dead cow is the biggest culprit to clogged arteries. As a life long consumer of red meat and clean arteries, its not what we eat, but what we eat at once. Most meat eaters have a heavy starch or bread with their meals. Elimination is the key to everything and the longer red meat stays in our colon, the more detrimental it is to our heart and bodies.

Yep. Insulin cycling plays a big role on cadio health, and it isn't a good role.
