Default Treating blockages naturally

I am able to tolerate Natto, and taking Wheat Germ
Oil, someties Flax Seed Oil. Sometimes Vit C, but rarely,
because it binds to iron. Other times, home made fresh
ginger paste, which is known to mop up fibrins.

I know that Vit C is also helpful as is Niacin (can't tolerate).

Are there safe teas, tonics, supplements and nutritive foods that help

unblock blockages, specially in the heart?

Many thanks.

I'd recommend vitamin k2, we're taking it daily as a preventative...

There is also a tibetan formula called Padma 28 produced in switzerland, but you can look online for it. It supposedly cleans out the arteries also.

All blockages come down to a blockage in the energy system of the body.

Thanks to everyone for your replies. I am watching the vid about Hongchi Xiao. I tried Qi Gong emission from an excellent practitioner. There was progress, but I could not longer afford treatment. It was remarkable.

Then, I found another Chinese practitioner who taught me the Standing Position and very gentle healing moves. These made me very ill. I persisted with it for almost a year, but had to give up in the end. I learned mantras and listened to Medicine music and so forth.

I also tried other books about Qi Gong, and read a little about Daoism, which I tried to implement.

I am curious about the book, and willing to try. Does it teach healing mantras and healing moves?
