Default First aid alcohol for making tinctures

I want to make a tincture that calls for 200 proof grain alcohol. I don't have access to this where I live. The only thing I could find was a 95% first aid alcohol at the local pharmacy.

Is this still okay to use for something I'm planning to ingest or do they process it in a way that makes it harmful when ingested?

Okay I think its best to avoid it. It's supposed to be a medicine after all so I wouldn't want any harmful compounds to be part of it. Thank you!
