Default Paleo Diet helped Auto-immune disease.

Hi there, I have recently been diagnosed with an auto-immune disease called Sarcoidosois.(Causes Myotosis(muscle inflammation) in my quadriceps muscles). I was looking for a natural way to treat it when I found that a friend of mine who had Hashimotos disease had reversed it using the Paleo Diet.(hashimoto disease is when the immune system attacks the thyroid gland)

I am giving it a try and will tell you how I go. Has any one else used a diet to overcome an auto-immune disease? By the way, the paleo diet is meat, vegetables and fruits. No grains, no dairy, and no legumes.

I have not had those issues but I know grains are very inflammatory. I had fatigue and dizziness while eating a bran cereal for breakfast (what was I thinking?) and it has gone away once I went no grain.
