Default perianal cyst !! infected says dr !

i went to my doctor recently about a lump in my perianal area and turned out to be a cyst as i thought not much pain coming from it more like a tiny sting every now and then , but i thought i should see my doctor even though i didnt want to - basically he says its infected and has given me antibiotics and said that it may spread or even rupture inside causing me to get septic from it .

- problem is i have been dealing with a tough case of candida overgrowth for the last year with dieting , mms ect and was the doctors drugs that gave me the candida in first place and now he has put me back on them , i dont want to take them but definatley dont want to get sepsis from the spread of the cyst infection , he said i can have it removed if the antibiotic fail but then ill be put on antibiotics again after the surgery wont i ?

has anyone had one of these cysts before and does anyone think that mms orally and topically will be better than the ABs to prevent any sepsis or infection spread from happening - funnily the cyst isnt bothering me its more the antibiotics , candida i have and possible side effects i.e c diff , worsening of candida growth . sounds funny but its kinda messing with my head because mms has helped me alot with the candida and now i could end up going back on myself to stop any complications from this cyst , aghhhh lol !

Regarding the candida. Rebuilding the gut is essential. Here is a link that may be helpful
http://www.healthsalon.org/140/leaky-gut-syndrome/

lactobacillus can be helpful but the problem is that it is not very good at setting up a colony in the gut and therefor has to be taken repeatedly for a lot of people. I recommend VSL#3

Kombucha and eating a variety of fermented foods will do the trick. Go to Dr. Mercola's sit and search fermented foods, also on this forum we have several threads.

ive been on health salon a few times today as it goes i take a good acidophilus supplement every day at least 1 or 2 tabs.

is there any need for antibiotics for cysts anyway he said the area was infected and the cyst is the result , im not getting hardly any pain from it nor isit causing much discomfort its just the risk of spread infection ( if there is such a risk involved ) if not then id rather stick to using the mms . i never heard of septis from something like this before have you arrow ? , and thanx for the msg and reply .

If its not very painful then the infection is not yet very severe. A cyst can be caused by the body failing to deal with a microbe well but there are other causes of cyst formation.

If you treat with an antibiotic or with mms eventually that cyst will collapse and break down. Your body will actually be doing most of the clean up of unwanted organisms not the antibiotic nor the mms.

Yes, sepsis is always a possibility but that possibility will be based on a multitude of factors,, and most often due to a fully run down condition. Sepsis, most often is the result of a long trail of trials and errors in the use of antibiotics or from just a fully untreated infection.

Since I cannot diagnose the type of cyst you have, and I wonder if your doctor has? I mean really diagnosed, not guessed...

I recommend that you be taking vitamin D3 and at least 6 grams of vitamin c a day, 3 in am and 3 in pm as well as a B vitamin supplement.

Watch your situation. If you see no improvement in a week you might want to consider taking those antibiotics. If there is improvement keep doing what you are doing. It may take a while and I always recommend to keep treating at least 3 or 4 days after all seems well.

MMS may temporarily make the site a bit more sore as the cyst breaks down and is eliminated. My sons cyst when he used a combo of idodine and mms became tender to the touch,, it was a sebaceous cyst. .. But if pain starts to get severe you must reconsider your approach. Fever is a sign of sepsis or just the spreading of the infection. Change your course of action immediately if this happens.

Im not saying all this stuff to scare you. These are just routine observations that anyone should make when dealing with an infection.

Increases in pain will be your leading indicator that all is not going well... also an increase of redness at the site and in your case redness with pain.

but MMS topically can make the skin feel burned, just slightly, not severely, so take that into consideration. It doesnt do this to everyone and I dont know why, but when I use it topically, it has cured some issues but then it takes a week or so for the skin to recover from the treatment. Most people this doesnt seem to happen to though as far as I can tell. It didn't with my son.

Heat packs to the site might be helpful to pull the infection outward and to drain. Drainage is always good. I wonder about a heat pack and then a topical applicaiton of Manuka honey to go along with your treatment. Manuka honey is known to cure some very nasty skin infections including MRSA.

Lots of times with cysts if they are not severely infected all that is needed is a heat pack, especially if the cyst is affiliated with the lymph system. The increase in circulation does it all.

Well when you mix medicines you can never really be sure what is going on. There is an old Native American addage that says Never mix your medicines... and this is why. This makes my response more of a guess than usual.

I doubt its an MMS issue. 3 days after your last dose to be having this is not to likely. MMS only stays in your system for a couple of hours and I have not seen die off reactions last more than 24 hours after the mms is stopped... so I cant say for sure.

Antibiotics stay in your system much longer... and you have a history of candida so there is disruption in the gut already. I seriously doubt that the infection has moved to your gut. I've seen some nasty cysts in my day but never an infection that has moved into the gut, even when resections were done to remove a cyst, and the surgery went bad I have not seen this. That you are having some kind of digestive issue due to the antibiotic is more likely.

Sweatiness and shakiness can be a sign of die off. Antibiotics can cause die off (herx) as well as alternative medicine.

It could be a sign of worsening I dont know, but because your cyst was small and gave you little discomfort initially I kind of doubt it. I have seen a number of these cysts in the past, and being quite bad when attention is finally brought to them.

That you have a resistant infection is possible but not too likely in my estimation, but you can never know unless a culture is done, and in this case that would mean that the doc needs to aspirate the cyst if it is not draining. I doubt that he did this because an aspiration in that area could be painful and because the cyst was small and not very painful. If the symptoms were worse perhaps he would have.

So you see, all I can point out to you is what you probably already know. Stick with one medicine and complete it. If it does not work then you switch and go onto something else.

If the symptoms are concerning you go back to the doctor... and I likely would. Peace of mind is worth much in the healing process.

You might want to read this testimonial on anal fissure... actually what this guy describes doenst sound like a fissure, but it might be. A fissure is an tunnel from one cavity of the body to the other that drains fluid or infection from one to another...Cysts often come back unless they are resectioned and removed because they are a membraneous sack that keeps filling hence one has to keep treating again and again.
http://genesis2church.org/anal-fistula.html

I suspect that you took the antibiotics because you dont have confidence in MMS and that you think the antibiotics can do a better job. Have you read this page?
http://genesis2church.org/infection.html
I have read a number of testimonials in other places that say that mms cured MRSA

Now a resistant infection may or may not be MRSA but I have seen resistant infections in these kinds of cysts and it was mrsa. Woe to them.
http://genesis2church.org/mrsa-staph.html

number 8 on this page talks of clearing up a cyst similar to yours.
always take mms for 3 days after all symtpoms are gone on any infection to be sure it is cured. In this case his cyst probably filled up with fluid again. Filling with fluid does not necessarily mean there is an infection but the pressure can make it sore. As I said, these cysts sometimes need to be removed becasue they are a membraneous sack that keeps refilling

thanx arrow i read those pages , thinking that maybe the mms would be better for this i am getting alot of pain in my prostate aswell as the gut disturbances from the antibiotic , the cyst does feel a bit softer tho but it hasnt drained itself but my doc did say he would have this removed if the antibiotic doesnt work but i do think he will say try another course of ABs and i dont wana be on them at all really coz my candida was slightly improving on the mms wasnt getting much prostate pain and my guts wernt as bad i felt better than i do now so am unsure to why i feel kinda unwell atm and it since i went to my doctors funny enough i was gona cancel my appiontment but thought i should have the lump checked out and all he did was press on it and says it infected , i dont get alot of pain coming from the cyst tbh it does sting at times but not as bad as pain in my bloody prostate right now my liver is cramping again .

i went to a chinese doctor a few weeks ago coz a friend said i should try it and the lady told me the reason for my candida is becasue of a yang deficiency in my thyroid spleen and kidney and according to their medicine acupuncture and rotating herbal teas for up to 8 weeks would get ridd of this problem , her prices were a bit high and i only went to see what she would say , i havent heard of chinese med stories about candida have you ? i did feel like she wasnt listeining much to me but i understand they view prostate as part of the kidney system , spleen part of the digestive and thyroid of endocrine or something like that and candida to them is from excess dampness , i no acupuncture would be worth it just not sure if she was saying a load shit to get my money . anyways thanks for reply.

The Chinese medicine herbal system does not think in terms of infection generally as westerners do. They have a whole different paradigm for viewing disease and it's not easy for westerners to comprehend due to our linear thinking.... so it will sound like a load of sh^t to our ears... That being said, chinese herbals are very effective for lots of different things and many of their herbs will balance and fight inflammation and infection and I do know that they have a much higer track record for cuing breast cancer and other terminal diseases at their leading medical institutes that use oriental medicine. Often their herbs can cure low level infection of a variety of microbes that most western medical doctors dont comprehend.

Consider after all systemic candida, in the minds of most medical doctors is something that only happenes to AIDS patients and they have no grasp on how many people get this disease, but dark field live blood analysis clearly indicates that it is a reality for many.

Most inflammation issues are related to an infection problem even if the western medical doctor can not find the microbe. Streghten the immune system, cut down on the microbial count and then you have a cure.

So what is so hard to understand that over use of antibiotics has affected your thyroid, spleen and kidney meridians and organs? She could be absolutley right. Disfuntion in organs can bring about symptoms all over the body, for you know, its all interrelated. The herbs she offers may just cure on multiple levels in mutiple systems.
I cant say for sure but this is how I understand it on the little understanding of Chinese medicine that I have.

If you're fighting candida, eliminate grain and sugar from your diet.
