I just ran across this "TREASURY TO FORECLOSE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM" Seems this might be something interesting to watch.

They'd be mad to do this so close to the election. He make an outrageous presumption. As far as I know the U.S. gov, the States and local gov owns personal property through Imminent Domain as ruled so by the Supreme Court last year. I don't think the IRS owns any real assets.

Quote:
as far as I can tell pledges every person and all real land in the USA as collateral against a $14.3 trillion dollar loan. the owner of record on that property (every person and all real land) is the IRS.
Or is it really outrageous?

Yes it really is this outrageous. Our republic was sold out long ago to the FED. The heading on the constitution was change from the “constitution of the United States” to the “CONSTITUTION FOR THE UNITED STATES”

That might seam to most people a very sight difference but in legal terms it is a huge difference. The capital letters says that we are now a corporation. That means the corporation now makes the rules and tells us what we can do and not the other way around. Just like when you go work for some company that company then tells you what time you will start work, how long your day will be, what color tutu you will wear to fit in with their corporate image, etc.

In this case the debit that the bankers created they now claim, through a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo, is now our responsibility because we agreed (???), through more legal mumbo-jumbo, to be part of their corporation.

Just what will come of this foreclosure action I don’t know but I think we can be pretty sure that the FED, after a 100 years of control, is not about to roll over and say “we give up, you win.” Hang-on this could get a bit messy.
