Sometimes , i.e. if you have inadvertently ingested something poisonous, vomiting is the most beneficial course of action. At all other times it is a thoroughly unpleasant experience that you can well do without.
Here is an anti-vomiting technique for you to try as needed.
If you feel sick, lie down flat on your bed (or on the ground).
Bring your legs up so that both feet are fully flat on the bed and your legs form an upside down V shape.


Then, turn your head to the left - and my mother always used to say, think of lemons! Not sure if there's any science to that last bit! but perhaps thinking of something else contributes towards calming the system.
Does it work? Yes.
Speaking personally, whenever I feel sick I do that - and I haven't been sick for 40 years.

If you are feeling nauseous, then try ginger - a long-standing naturopathic remedy for the condition. (Chewed or taken, sipped slowly, as a tea)
