Default Oil soluble nutrients like a pro.

Every day the body makes new cells. They require a combination of the right kind of fats and nutrients. The average sized adult male needs 6 grams polyunsaturated, 9 grams monounsaturated, and 15 grams saturated fat. The ideal ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 is 1:1. For omega 3 we take 1/2 ml. skate liver oil 4 times per day because the K4 has a short 1/2 life. Skate liver oil is the best oil soluble nutrient supplement because it contains all the quinones plus fish oil plus shark cartilage. For additional omega 3 we take Whole Foods 365 wild Alaskan salmon and chia. The best omega 6 is GLA. To get 3 grams per day we take 1 tsp. black seed oil. The best saturated fat is lauric acid. For lauric acid we blend organic coconut shreds in fruit and vegetable smoothies. For all 8 vit. Es we take 1 tsp./day unrefined red palm oil. We take 5000 units vit. D3/day and 25000 units/day from retinol palmitate and fish liver oil not vegetable A. For K7 we take 10 grams natto every 2 days with some fat. Take some fat with flavanols for absorption.
