Default Protein like a pro.


The wall of every cell contains protein. So does bone. Protein is very important and doing protein right is necessary for optimal functioning. We agree with the 80/10/10ers analysis that 10% protein is enough for the average person. Only people who are trying to add muscle like fun loving teenagers require more. Mothers milk only contains 6% protein. The glycine to methionine ratio is also very extremely important. Because modern man does not eat connective tissue he gets too much methionine. So add some glycine or do like we do and take Neptune's Harvest Fish Fertilizer. We also take a couple grams of leucine for an extra boost.
