Default Any other raw food eaters here?

Hi all,

New member here. My name is David. I've eaten 100% raw for about 12 years. Wondering if there are other raw eaters here. If so, what's your favorite food? I sometimes rank favorites.

Like this:

1. Watermelon

2. Avocado
3. Durian
4. Cacao
5. Jack fruit
6. Black Raspberries
7. Red Raspberries
8. Raw cheese
9. Hazel Nuts
10. Dates

So what are your favorite raw items?

That's a good thing, Horselover96. Broccoli, cabbage, and other cruciferous vegetables have goitrogens which interfere with thyroid function. They must be cooked or at least steamed to cut down on that goitrogen function.
