Unhappy Rheumatoid Factor 22...I am 30 wtf

In June my dr did lab work said my sed rate was high but if nothing is hurting I am fine. Went to get a second opinion tested again and sed rate was a little higher 82. This dr also tested my rheumatoid factor which came back at 22 considered high we figured this was the inflammation. I have an appt with a specialist next week. If there any questions I should ask? I am a little nervous.

Go to a naturopath and have an allergy bloodwork panel done. Time to change your diet.

So, how did the consultation with the specialist work out?
