It's not the greatest, and actually it is my back-up but that's good because I won't have to worry about not getting in somewhere. I have to wait to hear from more colleges.
@ saved1986 no worries man, I forgive you pal! I just wanted to make sure everyone knew that I was serious

Hi Spideyfanman! I'm glad you're ready to put a stop to this self injuring behavior. I know you have the strength to stop, and will succeed!
I think Jim's idea about the note is very good, the B-complex supplement also. I feel like with any addiction, getting past the immediate urge is key. If you're having the thought of doing it, distract yourself in any way necessary, until the urge passes. Go out and take a walk, go online and surf the web, something light-hearted or funny, maybe some space or nature photos, something POSITIVE for sure!
I commend you for being forgiving. It's something that is of great emotional benefit for the forgiver. You must admit though, that suddenly seeing your last two threads, especially to a new forum member, would naturally make them suspicious. I like those who watch out to maintain the quality of this forum, maybe next time they could just contact the administration, and ask about the legitimacy of the poster involved.
Good luck at college, I hope you find some good friends and real happiness there! Here's an article that may deserve a quick read:
