Thumbs up D-Ribose for energy

Has anyone tried D-Ribose? I'm about to, for the same reasons mentioned in this video, along with propionyl L-carnitine and a few other things. The only thing that concerns me is that D-Ribose is a simple sugar taken by the spoonful if in powder form and might not agree with my being borderline diabetic.

I doubt it will affect your diabetes much Nightowl. I have read on this product quite a bit but never used it. I hope it helps. Let us know.

It's supposed to go to the ATP in cells for energy. It does not get processed like sugar though and should not affect blood sugar. It helps some with Fibromyalgia also. It give athletes and others more energy also.

Thanks RCannon. I'm going to get an extra bottle for my youngest (40 yr old) daughter to try. She has suffered from something similar to CHF for years...very low energy at times.
