That's true, they only care about making a buck. Look at how big pharma dangles grant money to minipulate med schools into using their big book of pharmaceuticals.

Their kickbacks are not cash, but paid trips with the spouse to the bahamas for a week to go to a conference which lasts an hr a day with paid golf excursions.
