Default Almond Milk

Almonds are highly nutritious. After walnuts they are the most nutritious nut you can eat.

Almonds come in three forms:
1) Whole almonds
2) Ground almonds
3) Almond milk

If you're vegan or have an allergy to dairy you might like to try almond milk. It is available commercially or, if you're feeling adventurous, you can make your own. This is how you do it..

We use almond, rice or coconut milk...or a mixture of some mostly for cereals, good option to regular milk.

I think they are just as healthy as walnuts, but different. I think both are really healthy. When we drink milke we only get almond milk. I love walnuts in yogurt and think it's a perfect mix.
