Yes, and if you supplement with Lugols iodine, or any iodine what so ever, you should take selenium 200mcg a day. They help each other out. Sending you an email Yama.

Well I sure all those types of cancer treatmenst depete Vitamin C levels as well as B.. its so stressful that nutrition needs to be boosted all the way around. But selenium is something not easily found in food adequately. You have to target foods for it.

Brazil nuts are high in selenium. (2 or 3 per day)
