I asked my dad's doc for a script for 2% ketoconazole shampoo (16 dollars) because he had a rash and I also picked up a 2% keto gel in spain for 3 bucks US. The bottles are exactly the same and the gel and shampoo look thge same, smell the same, same color and spread the same. Hmmmmmm!
And the people in Spain obviously didn't sell it at a loss...A healthy profit for someone! (Standard pharmaceutical mark up)

I was curious because the bottles were exaxctly the same, one is labelled topical gel and the other a shampoo. They are the same in every aspect, so I assume they are the same.
Ah there is your difference. A "topical gel" is obviously worth a lot more the a mere shampoo.
I looked more carefully, they are both shampoo. I read the ingredientes of the gel: lauralsulfato is a soap. OK, the premis still stands. 3 dollars overseas and 16 bucks US.

Be mad at people who keep supporting IP laws. IP laws keep competition out. Which keeps prices high.
