Default Get Very Tired Around 2-4pm

I get really tired around 2-4pm. There might be a day or two that will be an exception. But almost like clock work, I get really tired in the afternoon. Its probably been like this for years. Although, now, I get some interrupted sleep from the kids, so I'm sure that contributes.

I've been taking vitamineral green for about 5 weeks now. once everyday. I've tried it at different times, but I'm still usually pretty tired around that time.

I try to eat pretty healthy. Any suggestions? Its hard for me to gain weight. Although, I remember a few years back, they checked for hyperthyroidism and it came back negative.

Any suggestions?

It may be that you are eating too many carbohydrates for lunch. Your tiredness is a natural letdown from the sugar the carbs produce.
Try a lunch without carbs and see if that helps.

A spoon of Royal Jelly would do the trick, maybe within the hour before the fatigue sets in. This is a very common time, especially when in the workplace for folks of all ages to feel tired. Sometimes the brain is lacking oxygen, causing yawning. Some stretches and slow deep breaths might help.

I've been wanting to try royal jelly. And bee pollen. Right now, I think I finally found a trustworthy bee farm in Texas that I can get my raw honey and bee pollen from.

Where do you get royal jelly from? Its super expensive, too. How much do you buy at one time? And how long does it last?

I don't use it all the time, but we first tried it when my husband was working an afternoon shift and had to leave the house around 3pm. He would take a small spoonful and was very happy with the natural energy. I took it for awhile, and liked it enough to recommend it to others.

It is expensive. I just bought it at a local vitamin store for around $18+ for an 11 oz jar. I think it used to last at least a couple of weeks if taken everyday. I bought the Montana Big Sky 30,000 Royal Jelly, which was the most expensive and most potent.

Hopefully you will have time to investigate ENADA (google NADH). Also, athletes will ingest honey before an event.

Quote:
NADH is crucial in producing the body's energy. In the order of importance: 1st is air (the oxygen we breathe), 2nd is glucose (the body's fuel to burn) and 3rd is NADH. Without NADH the air and the fuel can not be ignited to create power. NADH is the spark that makes power. Your body is filled with NADH today. And just like air and food, without NADH the body's cells die. As we age, the energy level in our cells decrease. When cellular energy declines below a certain threshold, the cell dies and the tissue degenerates. As the levels of NADH in the body decrease the body is prone to degenerative diseases.

The primarily role for NADH is energy production. It is the first and most energetic component in the energy producing mechanisms within each cell.

People—who are fatigued, not ever day, but often enough to notice the feeling. NADH is good for the body in so many ways. And it is so much better for you than caffeine or some other quick-pick-me-up. The positive physical & mental effects are felt within the first 10 days. Some feel the effects in the first 3 days. Your body is made up of 60 trillion cells and each cell has many mitochondrion power plants, all needing NADH to create energy. Where mother nature decides to put the new NADH to good use is up to mother nature and your body.

NADH is vitality for living...even for the healthiest. A 1995 open label study was conducted with competition level cyclists and long distance runners found a wide range of performance improvements. These international athletes were each given 5mg of ENADA (the product name of NADH) every day for one month. Observations included: improved oxygen capacity, decreased reaction time and greater mental acuity and alertness. Today, some Olympic teams are lab testing the potential benefits of NADH. An Olympic athlete's muscles, processing at a new maximum efficiency rate, may just set new records in human endurance.

Scientific experiments have shown that our biological clocks want a nap in the early afternoon. Usually 20 minutes is enough (at least for me) good luck

Scientists say the generally people's biological clocks demand a short rest in the middle of the day. Usually a short nap 10-20 minutes leaves on refreshed and energized. good luck
