Confusion over MMS/Food compatability

I read so many conflicting ideas about what you can and cannot eat and drink while taking MMS:

Don't eat protein for two hours; drinking a little orange juice to get it down is ok; DO NOT drinking vitamin C with MMS; don't drink coffee with MMS; drinking coffee is ok; and on it goes.

My goodness.
What's a soul to do?

Do any of you knowledgeable gurus have ideas on this?
I need something to help me get this stuff down.
I'm up to 12 drops---6/6---three times a day, and it's gettin' tough.

Diet Pepsi works well.
Anyone know if the phosphoric acid in soda pop affects MMS?

Can I drink coffee with it?
Can I eat protein with it?
For that matter, can I eat ANYTHING with it?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

MMS Topical Use

I am considering attempting taking MMS topcially for a ear infection combined with oral doses.

I cannot find any guides online for taking MMS topically. Personal reasoning suggest that I mix MMS with citric acid and dilute heavily with water before dropping in my ear. Anyone with suggestions or past experience? Should this be safe?

7 Day Salt Water Flush with MMS1 added

I'm on day 2 of my SWF (salt water flush) with added MMS.

What's the reasoning behind all this?
The SWF involves drinking water that is hypertonic. When you pass this water in through your mouth, you will not absorb it since it is hypertonic.
In fact, water will be pulled from your body to your colon. That will effectively cleanse the intestinal wall of mucus and toxins.
What I did was add MMS to the salt water. This way, the MMS will neutralize everything in its path. Easier than an enema.

Here is what you need.

• 2 L (2 Quarts) of fresh filtered water body temperature
• 2 tsps of Sea Salt per Litre of water
• MMS 1 activated

You must do this between 5 and 9 am.
I drink 1 L in 10 minutes then wait 30 min then the other Litre.
Take your time, its salty.
You can expect a bowel movement from 30 min- 2 hours+.
I added 8 drops of activated MMS to each Litre of salt water. So far,
everything is going really well.

Hi there,

I brought the solution. I have a bottle of water purification drops and my 10% citric acid solution.

This is all I was sent and thought this is all I needed to make the solution - am I missing something? Please help as I am keen to start using the solution asap.

Vitamin C in Pineapple & MMS

Hello!

I have a question:

If Vitamin C needs to be avoided when taking MMS, why is Pineapple juice recommended :confused:

Pineapple is loaded with Vitamin C, about 1/3 of an orange!

I read Humble's ebook, and he also talks about using pineapple juice when treating people, does he not know that pineapple juice contains Vitamin C?!

I think it may still have worked in his example because he used a very large dosage, possibly so large that the Vitamin C could not cancel out the entire effect of MMS...

Anyways, the question is why Pineapple juice is recommended as a substitute for citric acid?

How long should I take MMS to eradicate Herpes?

Hi

I have read that you need to reach "saturation level" to eradicate Herpes because it lives so close to the skin's surface. How will I know I've reached that level? Is it when the nausea and diarrhea goes away?
My current dosage is 15 drops three times a day. I have diarrhea almost all the time, and I'm nauseous for an hour or more after taking the dose. I have been taking this much for one week.
Am I supposed to continue this dosage until the nausea and diarrhea are gone? Would that be my indication that the herpes virus is gone?

And a couple more concerns... Through the course of my MMS treatment, there have been three occasions when stomach cramps and diarrhea were so severe that I took some vitamin C and drank a lot of water to stop it. I then backed down about 4 drops in dosage for a couple of days and then bravely kept increasing the dosage. That was okay to do, right?

And lastly, MMS tastes horrible. We all know this. But I find that if I can swallow it down while holding my nose, then take a spoonful of apple sauce, I don't taste it as much. I am assuming homemade apple sauce is okay since it shouldn't have much vitamin C. Anyone know if this is right?

50% Citric Acid Solution

Does anyone have the forumula for making and using the 50% citric acid solution?

MMS Oral Method Problem

First of all, I've read extensively about MMS and how to administer it, so I'm well up to speed on administration.

Also, I've done MMS several times, but only through rectal insufflation once a day in 30-day sessions each time I've done it. I have never tried it orally. Considering all the stuff I've read about doing it orally, it just made more sense to me to do it through rectal insufflation.

However, yesterday I decided to try it orally, so I did. Alas, I'm bold, so I did five drops straight out of the shoot and had no problem with it at all.
So, today I did ten drops and still didn't appear to have any problems with it.

Now, according to everything I've read so far, I should have had some kind of adverse reaction to just up and launching into five drops orally the first time out, and certainly with 10 drops the very next day.

I recently ordered the MMS I'm now doing from Amazon.com, because I thought the other batch---also from Amazon.com---may have lost it potency. I wanted to start fresh.

Is there something wrong here? Does MMS go bad quickly or something? I've kept it in the fridge, and I kept the previous batch in a cool, dark place. Just seems like I should be throwing up my guts or going into some kind of dreadful reaction or something.

Anyone got an opinion as to why I'm not having a problem with this accelerated dosage, having never done it orally? Keep in mind that I know what I'm doing as far as preparation goes.

I'm gonna do 15 drops first thing in the morning and see if I survive it.

I have an 11 yr. old cat who may have IBD. She has already gone thru a course of 14 day antibiotics. I will cut to the chase of my question...
After activating one drop MMS, what is the LEAST amount of water that can be added without having adverse reactions? I have done hours of Web- searching but no where can I find a specific answer to my question...it always says add to a little water. What is a little? I have been adding one tablespoon + 1 teaspoon to the drop and using a baby medicine syringe to squirt down her throat. It takes sooooo long though, and much effort. If I could safely lower the liquid even a little more, I could give it to her more often. Anyone know the answer? A milllion thanks!

We have found that our facial skin seems to appear to e a lot more fresh, noticeably healthier,

HELP what do I do, I have also notice that I have become very very irritable like I have had too much coffee.

My Journey into MMS

I am a 33 yo female, mother of 4 and a wife. I am HIV positive for 13 years now. I've rarely been on HIV meds, only when I was pregnant so the babies would not be infected. I had a bad reaction to the meds once so I prefer not to take them. I was diagnosed with Hepatits C in 2007 (which I got rid of homeopathically), recently diagnosed with Toxoplasmosis, CMV, Hep A, some say Hep B (but I was vaccinated against it), LUPUS (same day as diagnosis of HIV, was told it was probably a false positive), Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Patella Femoral Degenerative Disorder, and that's the majority of it.

I have always been a fan of homeopathic remedies. When I was diagnosed with Hep C, a friend of my dad's gave me a copy of a publication of Immunity and HIV. In there were some things to do for the liver and other organs to stimulate them to heal themselves. I chose to do one where to take a whole lemon, cut into 4 pieces (rind and all), place in a blender with 8 oz. spring water or filtered water, and 1 T. cold pressed (must be cold pressed), extra virgin olive oil. Blend, strain (with cheese cloth) and drink. Do this once a day for a month or two. I did this along with Castor Oil packs on my liver. You take say a baby cloth diaper, saturate it in Castor Oil (I used cold pressed for this as well), place it over the liver, cover with saran wrap, place a heating pad on it for 1 hour. This should be done 2 to 3 times a week. I did this only twice. It can be done for other organs as well, and the thyroid gland. After a month of this, I was retested, as my doctor wanted to start me on Interferon treatments for it. Anyhow, my doctor called me from his cell phone excited, and he has never called me even once before this. He said to me, "I don't know what you did, but you got rid of it!" My viral load went from high, to undetectable, and has remained so for 4 years now.

About 2 years ago, my uncle told me about MMS. I looked it up, did some research and became very interested in it. He has been using it for about 3 years now I think. I wanted to do a self study, assisted by the VA for blood work, but that hasn't worked out so well due mainly to my laziness (depression). I have been putting it off, mainly because I end up running out of money before I decide to buy it (even though it's so cheap). My father ended up buying himself and me a kit with Molecula Silver. I started the HIV protocol 7 days ago. I started with 3 drops per hour. I accidentally kept putting in 4 drops so now I'm on that. I did 5 a few times, but got an awful headache. I am symtpom free (no nausea or diarrhea). I am doing 4 drops every hour for 8 hours a day for 3 weeks, according to Jim's protocol for HIV. He says that only MMS is needed. I'm wondering if it's enough since I have so many things wrong with me. I may start doing the baths here soon. I usually take a bath with my babies every evening and may incorporate it then, after some research into baths with tots and MMS.

I am just concerned if this protocol is enough for someone with all the things wrong as I have. I may add the Molecula Silver. It suggests being on MMS for a week or two first. It would be helpful to hear input from anyone else that has any of my illnesses and their responses to MMS.

Another thing I would think helpful, is if Jom could get those he treated for HIV to get viral load tests done. I know being in Africa, they may not have access to VL tests. I do not know my current VL or CD4 count. I will post my last tests and date as soon as I can get them again.

I also am aware of the FDA's crusade against MMS, and it makes me unpround to be an American. It's such a crock of BS and a clear attempt at forcing people the use Pharmacopia (my word) and to contribute to the death toll of Americans. If you read their "warning", MMS is dangerous and can kill people, etc. My uncle has been on it so long, and nothing but beneficial responses. No toxic "industrial bleach" effects, and also from the testimonies I have read, no reports of said "toxic" responses. Anything that the FDA, or if the news picks it up, puts out about MMS is pure propaganda.

I am eager to hear your responses! ;)
